I have a old hotmail account and over the years I can see I am getting more junk emails trying to pursuade me to buy any one of the following drugs at lower than retail prices:

Viagra, Cialis, Levitra, Soma, Ultram

So how do you think they can supply them as cheap as they do?

Well, they are highly likely fakes, its like the hard drugs (cocaine, heroine etc), you are not going to get anything close to a high percentage purity of those drugs but just a mixed down version of them.
