ACAI berry – what is the fuss about and why is my Inbox full of ACAI adverts!
ACAI berry has been found to containing vitamins and minerals that can help you loss excess weight. For the western problem of excess weight, the marketing gurus have called this berry a superfood. Superfood – sounds like you could lose weight just by eating this, and at that eating the tasty stuff (like junk food McDonalds/KFC etc). Well sounds too good to be true, is it just a fad like the Goji berry superfood? Researchers nor scientists have NOT quantified the abilities of the Acai berry to reduce weight – they have not concluded saying something like ‘x grams of Acai berry will reduce weight by y grams’. So question is how much do I eat at what costs and will the costs outweigh known treatments for weight loss such as liposuction i.e. weighting the costs, would it be cheaper and quicker to carry out liposuction?
Eating fruits cannot be bad for you (I am sure there are exceptions) and eating Acai berries as part of a calorie
