I Won the lottery TWICE this month; No its another SCAM email
If you get an email saying you won, then its a fraud case, basically they email a million people, and they hope that they get at least 1 response, a victim that will hand over their hard earned cash as a requested fee, in the promise that this will release the winning funds. What happens is that the vitum never sees a penny of anything never mind their own money as fees:
