New Year New Healthy Diet

One of my new year’s resolution was to control my diet, and here is what I have done:
firstly I have cut out chicken and other red meats from my diet in fact I have become a vegetarian that eats eggs. well, it would have been very difficult to stop myself from eating egg from now and again. what I have done is to reduce what I eat in the mornings to just a good quality cereal and a cup of tea without sugar but with milk. believe me this is a hell of a reduction as I eating a full fry up style breakfast with tons of delicious calories.
what I have found is that I don’t get bloated any more, and feel more able to do exercise without feeling lazy about it and leaving it until whenever. while I have other people in my house that eat what I am avoiding, I now don’t feel tempted to break my new eating habit or regime. at the start, I used to tell myself that it only beneficial taste wise and only for the moment that it is on your tongue, but now I feel proud that I am eating healthily.
eating meats take longer to digest and therefore takes your body longer to process, and this is probably the cause of bloating that I had been experiencing in the past.
It has been a week now since I have started this course of personally improving myself and I initially planned to carry it out for 30 days but I can see myself going for a lot longer, but who knows, it might not last longer that another week.
