Family of Jean Charles de Menezes Gets Final Insult
The family of Jean Charles de Menezes, who was shot in the head seven times by Metropolitan Police officers in close range in 22 July 2005 in the Stockwell tube station in the UK, will get a final insult when they learn that they will receive a fraction of the possible £400,000 pay off, and this is because they are deemed to be poor.
